Remote – Workers Compensation Defense Attorney | Consistent Litigation | Collaborative Culture Mission Recruiting is representing a fantastic opportunity with an established California defense and trial firm. They offer a stable platform and a steady workers compensation litigation workflow. The practice emphasizes collaboration, client service, and case management supported by great communication. This role is remote and involves full ownership of a workers compensation defense caseload, including regular appearances before the WCAB, depositions, motion practice, and settlement evaluation. Attorneys are expected to independently develop a litigation strategy while maintaining consistent communication with clients, adjusters, and internal team members. The firm provides a balanced environment with reliable workflow, administrative and paralegal support, and a culture built on teamwork and accountability. Attorneys benefit from weekly communication, organized file oversight, and a structure that supports both autonomy and collaboration. Compensation includes a base salary range of $150,000 to $190,000, depending on experience and overall contribution. There is a monthly production-based bonus structure.
