at Beacon Hill Solutions Group, LLC in Dover, Delaware, United States Job Description Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Beacon Hill Legal is seeking multiple Bilingual (Spanish/English) Immigration Paralegals for a temporary assignment supporting our client, a U.S.-based law firm. Our client is seeking multiple Spanish-speaking Immigration Paralegals to support a large-scale asylum project. These professionals will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to prepare case materials for affirmative and defensive asylum matters. The ideal candidates will have immigration law experience, strong written communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage client-facing responsibilities in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Conduct client interviews via video and telephone to gather case facts and supporting information. Draft declarations, prepare evidence packages, and organize supporting documentation. Assist with the preparation of legal briefs and country conditions reports. Support affirmative and defensive asylum matters, including preparation of Form I-589 applications and related filings. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to manage case workflow and deadlines. Review and analyze client-provided documentation. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working directly with clients. Qualifications 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience. Experience supporting asylum matters, including affirmative and defensive asylum cases. Familiarity with I-589 applications, declarations, evidence packages, and EOIR removal proceedings. Professional Spanish language proficiency required. Strong written communication skills in Spanish required. Fluent English communication skills preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a high-volume caseload. Schedule Full-time schedule. Anticipated start date in mid-September Approximately two weeks of training prior to beginning live case work. Initial project expected to last at least five months, with the potential for extension based on project needs. Location Fully remote.
