Job Description

Litigation Attorney Location:
Kennebunk, Maine Full-Time | In-Office/Hybrid | General Practice A well-established, collegial general practice law firm in Kennebunk, Maine is seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in civil litigation. Additional experience in real estate, corporate law, estate planning, or other complementary practice areas is helpful but not required. Will consider any experience level, with salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation matters, including client counseling, legal research, discovery, and court appearances Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents. Provide legal advice and support across various practice areas Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the Maine State Bar (or eligibility to waive in) At least 2 years of litigation experience Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently A client-focused mindset and high ethical standards What We Offer Supportive, collegial work environment Opportunities for mentorship and long-term career growth Competitive compensation and benefits Meaningful client work and a strong professional reputation in

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
