I am partnered with a CA firm that is looking to add a Commercial and Business Litigation Attorney to their team. This position is with a boutique firm that focuses on real estate and business matters. This is an in-office position but can be remote if interested in working on an hourly basis.
Background:
4+ years of experience in private commercial litigation practice Areas of practice include breach of contract, fraud, contract disputes Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments Motions practice, dispositive motions Experience in state, federal and appellate courts Admitted in
