Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Real Estate Attorney for a contract/ contract-to-hire opportunity with a boutique law firm based in Washington, DC. Ideal candidates will be licensed to practice in DC and have experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, joint ventures, and/or commercial projects and construction. Candidates should also have experience with coordinating due diligence reviews (including title and survey) and closings. This position will adhere to a hybrid model with 4 days onsite/ 1 day remote.
