Construction Attorney - Business & Construction Litigation Our growing law firm is seeking a skilled Construction Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a highly respected litigation and business law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated matters involving construction disputes, business litigation, and professional liability claims. The ideal Construction Attorney will have experience handling complex litigation matters involving construction law, partnership disputes, contract disputes, and commercial litigation. Trial experience is not required, but candidates must have strong experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice. This Construction Attorney position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers, across a broad range of residential and commercial construction matters. Practice Areas Include Construction contract preparation and review Partnership and contract disputes Construction litigation and dispute resolution Mechanic's liens and payment disputes Design defect claims Delays, suspensions, and acceleration claims Professional liability defense involving architects, engineers, accountants, and public officials Mediation, arbitration, and litigation strategy Our firm believes in resolving disputes efficiently whenever possible.
