This role sits at the front line of revenue and client experience. As the Consultation and Sales Attorney, you are the first legal voice prospective clients encounter. You will conduct consultations, guide individuals through high-stakes family law decisions, and convert qualified prospects into retained clients while maintaining pricing integrity. For the right attorney, this can provide both professional longevity and meaningful impact within a growing firm that values revenue accountability and client advocacy equally. You will operate within structured systems designed to support consistency and accountability. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and intake staff to advocate for newly retained clients and ensure smooth case transitions. This is an execution-focused role that requires strong internal communication.
