At any given time you will work with your internal customer in the sales, finance, credit & pricing team when reviewing transactions.

Responsibilities will also include:

Negotiate certain terms with the customer Review & prepare equipment lease and financing documents Provide legal advice & guidance to CSI subsidiaries You will be a good fit for this position if you: Are intellectually curious, possess a JD from an accredited law school and belong to the Missouri Bar. 3-7 years of experience in a firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
