What You'll Do As a Litigation Attorney, you'll play a key role in defending clients across a range of liability claims. You'll be trusted to lead cases, shape strategy, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute litigation strategies.

Represent clients in trials, depositions, and hearings.

Draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery responses.

Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships.

Stay current on legal trends and case law.

What We're Looking For

JD from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice in California.

4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or related fields.

Strong legal writing and courtroom skills.

Self-starter with excellent time management and communication.
