Core Responsibilities Client Representation & Case Management Must Have prior family law Experience Manage a Paralegal and Client Success Coordinator to handle a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and post-divorce modifications Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations Develop and execute case strategies aligned with client goals and legal best practices Ensure all cases progress efficiently from intake to resolution Legal Execution & Documentation Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, agreements, and trial documents Oversee accuracy and completeness of all legal documentation Maintain organized, up-to-date case files and records Client Experience & Advocacy Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the legal process Provide clear, empathetic, and strategic guidance during high-stress situations Set expectations and maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction Team Collaboration & Leadership Lead and collaborate with paralegals and client success coordinators Delegate tasks effectively to support staff to ensure efficiency and scalability Partner with leadership on case strategy and firm initiatives Operational Excellence Utilize firm systems (Clio, Lawmatics, Microsoft Office, AI tools) to manage workflow and productivity Meet deadlines, court requirements, and internal KPIs Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and case management systems Performance Objectives (What Success Looks Like) Successfully manage and progress a full caseload with minimal oversight Achieve favorable client outcomes through effective litigation and negotiation Maintain high client satisfaction and communication standards Consistently meet or exceed firm KPIs related to case progression and resolution Demonstrate strong collaboration with internal team members Ensure all documentation and filings are accurate and timely

Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment QualificationsRequired Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Massachusetts Minimum 3+ years of experience in family law Strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills Ability to independently manage a full caseload Preferred Experience handling real estate matters related to divorce Familiarity with Clio, Lawmatics, and legal tech platforms Experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for workflow efficiency Interest or experience in additional practice areas
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
