Compensation:
$65,000 - $95,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to discuss their claims Assess cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime disputes, and wrongful termination Manage the claims procedure and litigation process efficiently Participate in negotiations for settlements Maintain regular communication with staff and managers to coordinate appointments and discussions Prepare necessary legal documents such as notice of claims, EEOC charges, and state charge forms Collaborate with EEOC investigators to provide evidence and support for cases Qualifications:
