Multi State License Preferred Responsibilities Review employment policies, handbooks, and HR procedures Identify legal and compliance risks Advise on California labor law and employee relations matters Review onboarding, termination, leave, wage & hour, and workplace policies Recommend policy updates and compliance improvements Requirements Active California Attorney License (Mandatory) Strong experience in California employment and labor law
