About the Role As an Employment Law Attorney at Carson LLP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to employers, providing strategic counsel on a wide range of employment law matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, helping them navigate complex workplace issues while delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions. Requirements:

8+ years of experience with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, lead matters, and contribute to practice growth; Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana; Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results; A genuine passion for providing exceptional client service; Highly motivated with a desire to work in a team environment; Ability to handle constructive criticism well; Commitment to both personal and professional development; A strong work ethic—unwavering grit and desire to learn and grow; Attention to detail; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Exceptional analytical skills—the ability to problem-solve and to think outside the box; Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Commitment to client service—timely and responsive, with A-quality work product; and Strong research skills and proficiency in using Westlaw.
