Litigation Associate Attorney - Florida The Florida offices of Kaufman Dolowich LLP are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: plaintiff or defense side commercial litigation, homeowners associations (HOA), professional liability, employment practices liability insurance (EPLI), and general liability. This position offers flexibility for hybrid work arrangements in the Orlando or Fort Lauderdale offices. Key Responsibilities Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates Taking and defending depositions Participating in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trials Qualifications JD degree with excellent academic credentials Admitted to practice in Florida 3+ years of progressive experience handling matters in one or more of the following areas: plaintiff or defense side commercial litigation, homeowners associations (HOA), professional liability, general liability, or employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) including but not limited to employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour disputes, and traditional labor law matters Experience handling litigation in federal and state courts Why KD?
