We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Attorney or equivalent to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for local recent law graduates or those with minimal legal office experience to develop their skills across a broad spectrum of legal areas. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting various legal functions, conducting research, drafting documents, and assisting with litigation and client communication. This paid position is designed to foster professional growth while contributing meaningfully to our organiza Responsibilities Conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and statutory interpretation. Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, motions, pleadings, and correspondence, ensuring clarity and compliance with procedural law. Support trial preparation activities such as organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, and coordinating witness schedules. Participate in court depositions and observe courtroom proceedings to gain practical litigation experience. Manage legal case files efficiently using case management systems and maintain accurate documentation of all case-related activities. Collaborate with attorneys on diverse practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, employment law, personal injury law, and tribal law & regulations. Engage in client communication by preparing updates and summaries to ensure transparency and build trust. Qualifications Recent graduation from an accredited law school or equivalent legal training; admission or eligibility for admission to the state bar preferred. Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and precise legal documents. Demonstrated understanding of procedural law and experience with legal motion preparation. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Prior law office experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning across multiple practice areas is essential. Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication and teamwork.
