Remote / Virtual (Multi-State Welcome) About the role Most estate planning attorneys lose 40-60% of their time to non-billable work—marketing, intake, scheduling, and paperwork. In this role, you meet only with prepared, pre-qualified clients, while our team handles everything before and after the consultation so you can focus on high‑value legal work. What you'll do Provide estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid/special needs planning, and business formation services. Review pre-collected intake documents and conduct thorough client meetings.
