Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney, based in Dearborn, MI, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the role. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and services related to estate planning, probate, estate administration, and succession planning. Regular duties will include drafting wills, trusts, and other estate documents, managing probate processes, advising clients on asset protection and tax strategies, and overseeing estate and trust administration. Collaboration with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs is a key part of this role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Estate Planning and Estate Law processes Proficiency in Probate and Estate Administration, including navigating court proceedings Experience with Succession Planning for individuals and businesses Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
