Experienced Labor & Employment Attorney The law firm of Patane Gumberg Avila Mora, LLP (PGAM) is looking for new candidates to add to its long-established civil law practice in Salinas, California (Monterey County).

Applicants sought:

Associate Attorney

• Civil Litigation/Labor & Employment (Full and Part-Time Positions) We are seeking experienced full-time or part-time associate attorneys in civil litigation and labor and employment law.

Job Requirements:

Strong writing, research, and communication skills. Familiarity with Labor/Employment law. Ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and mediation briefs. Experience in employment class actions and PAGA lawsuits (preferred but not required). Experience drafting employee handbooks and client counseling on employment practices/policies (preferred but not required). Motivated, team-oriented, and growth-driven. Job Types:

Full-time and Part-time. Employees will be expected to appear at the office in-person. PGAM will consider evolving in-person positions into hybrid remote/office positions for effective and qualified candidates. Competitive Salary and Benefits Package, including a Bonus Plan.
