Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school, admission to the Michigan state bar, and excellent academic credentials Michigan Bar Membership in good standing (required) Command of the rules of evidence and first chair experience Exceptional advocacy, legal research, and analytical skills Minimum of three years in family law litigation with successful case outcomes Strong leadership and case management skills Superior verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and client demands Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking skills Maintain attention to detail and accuracy Foster collaboration, excellence, and professionalism Develop and maintain strong client relationships Manage time effectively and plan and organize efficiently Demonstrate emotional maturity and accountability Deliver high-quality legal services to clients Represent clients in complex family law litigation, including divorce, child custody, support, property division, and prenuptial agreements
