- Full-time Medical Insurance + 401(k) Match We are seeking seeking an Associate Family Law Attorney to support and lead family law matters including hearings, mediation, custody, divorce, and trials .
What You'll Do:
Handle family law cases with mentorship from senior attorneys Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and litigation matters Provide compassionate, proactive client communication Help families navigate emotionally complex legal mattersRequirements:
Active North Carolina Bar License Interest or experience in Family Law Litigation Strong communication and courtroom skills Ability to handle matters in Wake, Johnston & Harnett Counties NC Notary (or ability to obtain immediately)Benefits :
