We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of family law experience to join our growing North Carolina practice serving clients throughout the greater Raleigh area. Responsibilities-Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, separation agreements, custody agreements, and other legal documents
• Develop case strategy and provide practical legal guidance throughout the litigation process
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy
• Maintain proactive communication with clients while delivering exceptional client service
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.

Qualifications-J.D

• Active license and good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
• 5+ years of family law experience required
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience
• Experience handling divorce, equitable distribution, custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence matters
• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload while working collaboratively within a team.
