What You'll Do Manage a full family law caseload from initial consultation through resolution Handle contested divorce, custody, placement, child support, maintenance, and post-judgment matters Conduct depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and settlement negotiations Represent clients in contested hearings and family law trials Develop case strategy and provide practical legal guidance Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication and advocacy What We're Looking For Active Wisconsin Bar license 3+ years of family law experience Proven courtroom and trial experience in family law matters Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload Strong legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills Client-focused with excellent communication and organizational abilities Compensation & Benefits $120,000-$150,000 based on experience Hybrid work schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity for professional growth and increased courtroom experience If you're looking for a firm that values skilled litigators, trusts its attorneys with meaningful responsibility, and offers the flexibility to enjoy life outside the office, we'd love to speak with you.
