We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our Buffalo office. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of matrimonial and custody cases, including pleadings, motions, hearings, and trials, with the support of an experienced team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to manage their own caseload while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment.What We Offer:
Base Salary:
$96,000 for 1,000 billable hours annually.Bonus Potential:
Up to $140,000 for 1,000 additional hours.Flexibility:
Work remotely and set your own schedule, with only one required weekly meeting (Thursdays) and that meeting is held remotely.Support:

Manage your own caseload while knowing that help is always available when needed.Mandatory Football Allegiance:
A love for the Buffalo Bills is required (or at least a willingness to fake it really well).Key Responsibilities:
Manage domestic relations cases, including divorce, custody, support, and protective orders. Draft and file pleadings and motions. Represent clients at hearings and trials. Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve excellent outcomes for clients.What We're Looking For:
Licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience in domestic relations law. Proven ability to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision. Strong legal writing, courtroom, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and committed to excellence.Job Type:
