Location:
This is a primarily on-site opportunity based in Fleming Island, Florida, offering the flexibility for occasional remote work when appropriate while maintaining performance expectations. Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates.

To be considered, candidates must be an active member of The Florida Bar in good standing with 2+ years of family law litigation experience, the ability to independently manage a family law caseload, and strong courtroom, drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Job Description Independently manage a family law litigation caseload from start to finish. Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, alimony, and post-judgment matters. Prepare pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements. Conduct hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Develop legal strategies tailored to each client's goals. Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing every case for litigation when necessary. Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the legal process. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver outstanding client service. Build trusted client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and compassion. Contribute to a positive team culture and support the firm's continued growth. Qualifications Active Florida Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of family law litigation experience. Ability to independently manage a family law caseload. Strong courtroom, litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills. Excellent communication and client relationship abilities. Organized with strong time management skills. Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset. Long-term commitment to building a career with a growing firm.
