Apex Legacy Law Firm LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal services to our clients in various aspects of family law.

Responsibilities:

Legal Representation:

Utilize your expertise in family law to provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, adoption, and domestic violence.

Research and Drafting:

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

Litigation :

Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, hearings, and trials. Advocate zealously for clients' interests in the courtroom while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing compassionate guidance, clear communication, and responsive support throughout the legal process. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients' best interests.

Case Management:

Manage a caseload of family law matters efficiently and effectively. Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure that clients' needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve the firm's goals and deliver high-quality legal services to clients. Participate in case strategy sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Illinois
• 1 year of experience practicing family law preferred, but not required
