Job Description
Have you ever considered becoming licensed to practice law in Wyoming? JLG/JOK is seeking a Family Law Attorney licensed and in good standing in Colorado who is interested in expanding their practice to Wyoming. JLG/JOK will support the attorney through the Wyoming admission process. This is an opportunity for a Colorado-based attorney to join a growing, client-focused firm and help us serve more families in Wyoming. What You'll Do Represent clients in family law matters, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Conduct consultations and provide legal advice Develop case strategies and manage matters through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Maintain strong client communication Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff What We're Looking For Active Colorado Bar license and good standing required Willingness to pursue Wyoming admission, with JOK's support Family law experience preferred Strong writing, advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively as part of a team Commitment to exceptional client service and professional growth Work Environment Primarily remote, with in-person attendance required as appropriate for hearings, mediations, depositions, client meetings, and other business needs.
