Family Law Paralegal

We are in need of a contract Family Law Paralegal who is a reliable self-starter with at least two years of experience in family law. Applicants without this experience will not be considered for this position Candidate requirements:

• 2+ years of family law experience in a law firm

We need someone who can identify a problem, figure out how to solve it and then work with others to get it done. Must have the ability to get along with all types of personalities and have a passion for helping people recover from trauma, move forward with their lives, and plan for their futures

Job Description:

• Drafting documents, such as, petitions/summons, motions before the court, responsive pleadings, and discovery requests/responses.
• Submitting documents to the court, distributing copies to the other parties, and indexing documents in the case file;
• Trial prep

Pay:

$50.00

• $75.

00 per hour
