Hybrid on‑site - 3 days/week Position Overview Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Temporary Paralegal to support an attorney practicing in a highly specialized niche within family law. This role will focus on matters involving pensions and retirement plans in divorce proceedings , including the division of retirement assets and related documentation. The firm is looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with clients and can step in seamlessly and make an impact. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for clients, including speaking with clients by phone Prepare correspondence and assemble documents related to retirement assets in divorce cases Assist with files involving Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) and other retirement account divisions Maintain organized case files and ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation Coordinate closely with the attorney to ensure timely and efficient case support Ideal Background Prior experience as a family law paralegal , particularly within divorce matters Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with clients Experience or familiarity with pensions, retirement plans, or QDRO-related work is highly preferred Ability to work independently while taking direction in a small, specialized practice environment Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism 1457210PHL-BS_1777559573 To Apply for this Job Click Here
