Family Law Paralegal (Mid-Senior Level)

We are looking to identify a Family Law Paralegal to our well-respected client's established practice in Phoenix, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-to-senior level family law paralegal seeking a stable environment, meaningful case involvement, and the potential for a hybrid work schedule .

Position:

Family Law Paralegal (Mid-Senior Level) About the Role This role involves supporting attorneys in a variety of family law matters , including high-asset and complex cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Draft and prepare family law pleadings, motions, and legal documents Manage case files from intake through resolution Coordinate and track deadlines, court filings, and calendaring Assist with discovery, disclosures, and document organization Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Support attorneys in trial preparation and hearings Maintain accurate and organized case records Qualifications 3+ years of family law paralegal experience (preferred mid-senior level) Strong experience with pleadings, filings, and case management Confortable with handling your own administrative work Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with Arizona court procedures preferred

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
