Position Details:

Full‑time or part‑time In‑office with potential hybrid flexibility Salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Manage foreclosures from inception to resolution Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence Attend court appearances, conferences, and hearings Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Provide strategic guidance on foreclosure matters

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the New York State Bar Prior foreclosure litigation experience required Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
