Job Description

Franchise Associate Attorney A nationally recognized boutique law firm is seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience to join its growing franchise and corporate practice. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a Chambers-ranked leader in franchise law while advising nationally recognized brands, franchise systems, and multi-unit operators on sophisticated business matters.

The position can be fully remote from anyw in the United States for the right candidate, making it an excellent fit for attorneys seeking sophisticated work without geographic limitations. The firm offers competitive compensation, strong bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and a reasonable 1,800-hour billable requirement.

Attorneys in this role will handle franchise agreements, franchise disclosure and regulatory compliance matters, corporate transactions, M&A work, and strategic counseling for both emerging and established brands. The firm provides substantial client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with industry leaders from day one.
