Job Description
General Liability Associate Attorney (Remote - Florida) A growing and well-respected litigation firm is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join its Florida team in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle meaningful litigation work while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance within a collaborative, supportive environment. Position Highlights Fully remote opportunity for Florida-based attorneys Handle a variety of General Liability matters including auto, premises liability, bodily injury, and negligence claims Opportunity for hands-on litigation experience and direct client interaction Trial experience is a plus, but not required Supportive team culture with strong mentorship and long-term growth potential Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits package Qualifications 3-5 years of litigation experience preferred Experience handling General Liability, Insurance Defense, or related civil litigation matters Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances Trial preparation and/or courtroom experience preferred Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to independently manage files while working collaboratively with a team.
