Location:
This role is based in Paoli, PA, with a hybrid schedule — work on-site most days with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week, including on days when court appearances are scheduled. Candidates must be local or willing to commute to the Paoli/Main Line area.
Note:
This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal). Candidates must hold a bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction and have at least 1 year of hands-on asylum and immigration litigation experience. Job Description Represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court (EOIR) and handle a full range of defensive and affirmative asylum cases from start to finish Appear before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in naturalization and marriage-based interviews Independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision, keeping matters organized and moving forward Draft legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and other written work product Meet with clients — including in detention centers — to provide updates, gather information, and advise on case strategy Advise clients on complex immigration matters with clarity, professionalism, and compassion Collaborate with firm leadership and staff to improve processes and contribute to a growing practice Participate in pro bono matters as interest and capacity allow Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction required 1+ year of immigration litigation and asylum experience — affirmative and defensive — with the ability to manage cases independently Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required (written and verbal) Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with legal software; willingness to learn new platforms Highly attentive to detail; calm and effective under pressure More experienced candidates (2+ years) are strongly encouraged to apply — compensation is negotiable for the right fit Why You Will Love Working Here This is a firm where the work matters and you can feel it.
