Our immigration team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex immigration matters while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Position Summary We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters while providing outstanding client advocacy and support. This position offers flexibility, including hybrid or remote work arrangements for the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage immigration cases from intake through resolution. Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies. Prepare and review petitions, applications, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation. Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, Immigration Court, and other government agencies as appropriate. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and expectations. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure excellent client service. Stay current on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm's immigration practice. Qualifications Active bar license in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction. Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience preferred. Experience handling one or more of the following: Family-based immigration Removal defense Asylum matters Waivers Humanitarian petitions Employment-based immigration Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and client relationship abilities. Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
