Insurance Defense Associate Attorney •Confidential application process•

Hybrid | Washington State Are you an Insurance Defense Attorney looking to join a respected and growing litigation practice? Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to handle a diverse insurance defense caseload, including general liability, premises liability, transportation, and personal injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience, work closely with experienced trial attorneys, and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. What You'll Do Manage cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel Develop case strategy and assist with trial preparation Maintain case files and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines Qualifications J.D. and active Washington State bar admission 2-5 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience handling discovery and depositions Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Why This Opportunity?
