As our California practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney (2-7+ years) for our Emeryville office. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who genuinely enjoy litigation and want to build a practice that extends beyond their local market. You'll work on matters throughout the United States, collaborate with highly regarded litigators, and gain meaningful responsibility in sophisticated cases from the outset. What You'll Handle Complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country Insurance coverage analysis and litigation First-party and third-party insurance disputes Declaratory judgment actions Catastrophic-loss and high-exposure claims Motion practice, legal research, and brief writing Depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Direct client interaction and litigation strategy development Why This Opportunity Stands Out Our firm combines the sophistication of a premier national litigation practice with the culture and accessibility of a collaborative midsized firm. Compensation Salary Range:
$140,000 - $225,000+ Compensation will be commensurate with experience, credentials, and demonstrated expertise.
