We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our growing legal team in our Upland office. Wanting to transition out of litigation and gain invaluable in-house legal experience? This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking work on a diverse range of legal matters, including contracts, discovery, and complex business transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests Prepare, analyze, and summarize contracts and legal agreements Support litigation matters, including case preparation and strategy development Collaborate with senior attorneys on a variety of legal matters Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Requirements:
Qualifications (Required) Licensed attorney in California (Nevada licensure a plus) 5+ years of litigation experience Experience handling and responding to written discovery Strong experience with contract drafting, review, and analysis Ability to work on-site in our Upland office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
