This is a hybrid role based in McKinney, TX, with in-office collaboration expected and flexibility available for the right partner-level attorney.

Manage client relationships, legal matters, strategy, and service delivery with autonomy and professionalism. Handle matters in your practice area while collaborating with attorneys across related practice groups. Leverage firm systems, support staff, and operational infrastructure to better serve clients and grow your practice. Cross-collaborate with other attorneys on matters involving litigation, business law, construction, contracts, real estate, estate planning, transactional work, or other aligned areas. Contribute to the firm's continued growth through client service, relationship development, and strategic practice expansion. Help strengthen the firm's reputation as a trusted legal resource for clients throughout North Texas and beyond. Qualifications Active Texas law license required. Partner-level or senior attorney experience required. Some portable business required. Complementary practice area required. Experience in commercial litigation, construction law, business litigation, corporate law, real estate, contract law, eminent domain, estate planning, probate, transactional law, or another aligned practice area preferred. Strong client relationship skills, professional judgment, and ability to manage matters independently. Interest in growing within a collaborative, established law firm platform.
