Job Description

Position Overview Resilient Path Family Services is seeking a licensed mental‑health therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or psychologist) with experience in family systems, trauma‑informed care, and court‑approved mental health evaluations for clients involved in family‑law matters. This role begins part‑time , with remote flexibility , and is ideal for a clinician who wants to maintain their current employment while gradually building a caseload within a supportive, resilience‑focused practice. Key Responsibilities Provide trauma‑informed individual therapy for adults navigating family transitions Conduct court‑approved mental health evaluations for family‑law cases (parenting plan disputes, custody matters, DV‑related cases, etc.) Prepare written evaluation reports that meet Washington State family‑court standards Offer clinical insight and recommendations within scope Maintain accurate, confidential records Collaborate with a small multidisciplinary team (LLLTs, mediators, coaches) while maintaining independent clinical judgment Participate in optional workshops or support groups Required Qualifications Active Washington license: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist Experience conducting court‑approved mental health evaluations Strong understanding of family systems, trauma, and high‑conflict dynamics Ability to write clear, defensible clinical reports Comfortable starting part‑time while maintaining other employment Trauma‑informed, client‑centered approach Preferred Experience Experience with DV‑related cases Familiarity with parenting plan disputes Experience collaborating with legal professionals Training in high‑conflict family dynamics Experience testifying in court (not required but helpful) Compensation & Structure Competitive rent‑based or revenue‑share model Flexible scheduling Remote work available until caseload grows Opportunity to expand to full‑time as client volume increases Administrative support provided - we provide clients/ marketing and more! $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
