Personal Injury Location:
Palmdale, California (Hybrid Remote Available)
Salary:
0-1 year: $85,000
  • 95,000 1-3 years with PI litigation experience: $100,000
  • 120,000 Annual performance bonus: $10,000
  • 30,000 based on settlements, litigation milestones, and overall contribution About Us We are a well-established and growing California personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Los Angeles and the Antelope Valley.

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Palmdale office. This position is ideal for a newer attorney (0-3 years of experience) who is eager to develop litigation skills, although attorneys with personal injury litigation experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Hybrid remote work is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Conduct and defend depositions. Attend court hearings, case management conferences, and mandatory settlement conferences. Prepare and respond to written discovery. Participate in arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and motions in limine. First-chair or second-chair trials as experience permits. Work closely with case managers, paralegals, and support staff to achieve outstanding client results. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress. Qualifications Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. 0-3 years of litigation experience preferred. Personal injury litigation experience is highly desirable. Experience handling arbitrations, depositions, or trials is a significant plus. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines. Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
