Desired Background:
2+ years of litigation experience in California Experience in the following practice areas is preferred: casualty defense work, toxic torts, general liability, personal injury, products liability, construction defect, professional liability, medical malpractice, insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation, PFAS litigation, employment litigation, commercial real estate litigation Strong legal writing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment An optimistic outlook, a team player ABA-accredited law school preferred but not required Active license to practice law in the state of
