Job Description We are currently seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience , particularly in areas such as employment discrimination, wrongful termination, catastrophic personal injury, civil rights, premise liability, commercial disputes, and insurance defense. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience managing all phases of litigation, including:

• Initial investigations and written discovery
• Conducting depositions and expert retention
• Mediation and settlement negotiations
• Pre-trial motions and submissions
• Trial preparation and representation Candidates must possess strong legal writing skills, particularly with dispositive motions, and demonstrate the ability to develop effective litigation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $180,000.00 to $225,000.00 +per year, commensurate with experience.
