LITIGATOR WITH COURAGE WANTED

LA or Orange County Work at your Home or our Office, your choice. We have offices in Huntington Beach. We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, courageous Plaintiff's Attorney to join our team. In depth knowledge of Litigation, Strategic Planning and Management. Take responsibility for Court Appearances, Motions, Depositions, Mediations and Negotiations. Position includes drafting and revising of various legal documents including, but not limited to, Contracts, Leases, Complaints, Pleadings, Trusts, Discovery, Correspondence, and Maintaining of Calendars. Be able to Evaluate, Prep and Try Cases as needed. Must have Trial Experience. Strong writing skills and work ethic are necessary. Must be a Team Player with Courage. This opportunity is on a payroll W-2 basis or Contract/ Project basis, your choice.
