Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as negotiations and litigation
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide advice and guidance to clients
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Present cases in court and argue on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar association
  • Proven experience as a litigation attorney
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations and litigation.
You will provide legal advice, conduct research, prepare legal documents, present cases in court, and negotiate settlements. To succeed in this role, you must have a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to the state bar association, have 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities.
