Candidates must hold a Juris Doctorate and be an active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar. A minimum of 2+ years of foreclosure litigation experience is required. Job Description Manage and prioritize a high-volume litigation caseload with efficiency and precision Draft, review, and file pleadings in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Represent the firm at hearings, status conferences, and court proceedings Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members to advance case strategy Develop creative, risk-mitigating solutions to complex legal challenges Work across practice areas including foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, title claims, and REO closings Qualifications Juris Doctorate required Active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar 2+ years of foreclosure litigation experience (required) Background in title, bankruptcy, and/or mortgage banking strongly preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and courtroom skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, multi-office environment Excellent communication and client service skills Why You Will Love Working Here This isn't just a job — it's a place to build a legal career with real momentum.
