We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advocate for clients who have experienced personal injuries, guiding them through complex legal processes with confidence and compassion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a commitment to achieving justice for clients. You will play a vital role in managing cases from inception through resolution, ensuring thorough preparation and strategic advocacy at every stage.

Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and workplace injuries. Draft comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity. Negotiate settlements effectively while advocating fiercely for clients' best interests. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement conferences with professionalism and confidence. Collaborate with experts in fields such as medical, accident reconstruction, or economic damages to strengthen cases. Maintain meticulous case files and documentation in accordance with legal administrative standards.

Skills:

Proven experience in personal injury law with a strong understanding of litigation procedures. Excellent legal research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other research platforms. Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear, persuasive legal documents. Strong negotiation abilities to achieve favorable settlements for clients. Knowledge of related legal areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, landord-tenant law, securities law, immigration law, patent law, and legal administrative processes. Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for client interaction and courtroom advocacy.
