Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed in one of the following states, CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, DC.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed and in good standing with one of the following Bars, CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, or DC
  • 3 to 10 years of plaintiff-side class action employment law experience
  • Class action PAGA experience
  • Experience taking and defending depositions
  • Experience preparing motions for summary judgement
  • Strong understanding of California employment laws (FEHA, CFRA, PAGA, Labor Code, etc.)
  • Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
