Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed in one of the following states, CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, DC.Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with one of the following Bars, CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, or DC
- 3 to 10 years of plaintiff-side class action employment law experience
- Class action PAGA experience
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience preparing motions for summary judgement
- Strong understanding of California employment laws (FEHA, CFRA, PAGA, Labor Code, etc.)
- Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
