Job Description

Trial Attorneys Don't Just Practice Law. They Compete. Some attorneys practice law. Others live for the courtroom. They prepare every case as if a jury will decide it. They thrive under pressure. They don't shy away from difficult cases—they embrace them. And while they appreciate a good settlement, they never lose sight of the fact that real leverage comes from being ready, willing, and able to try a case. If that sounds like you, I'd like to have a confidential conversation. Kearns Legal Solutions has been exclusively retained to recruit a Trial Attorney for a highly respected Wisconsin personal injury law firm with a long history of securing seven-figure verdicts and settlements. This isn't a volume practice where attorneys simply move files from one desk to another. It's a firm that believes exceptional preparation wins cases and changes lives. The attorney we're seeking is competitive by nature, passionate about helping injured clients, and genuinely enjoys the challenge of litigation. You'll handle meaningful personal injury cases from filing through trial, working alongside accomplished trial lawyers who are committed to developing great advocates—not just case managers. Whether you're already an accomplished trial attorney or you're looking for the right environment to elevate your courtroom skills, this is an opportunity to learn from proven litigators while building your own reputation as a trial lawyer. Wisconsin licensure is preferred, but attorneys licensed in another jurisdiction who are eligible and willing to waive into the Wisconsin Bar are encouraged to inquire. Every conversation will be handled with complete confidentiality. If you're curious whether this opportunity might be the next step in your career, let's talk. Phil Kearns Kearns Legal Solutions |
