That's why we are seeking a motivated, licensed Outpatient Therapist to join a clinical team committed to excellence. Guided by our mission to reduce barriers, empower clients, and create lasting community impact, we hold ourselves to a high standard of compassionate, detailed care. We utilize a hybrid service model, blending onsite and telehealth sessions, to deliver evidence-based care tailored to client-driven goals. Professional Qualifications & Requirements To ensure we continue delivering exceptional care, we are seeking clinicians who meet the following professional standards and qualifications:
Licensure:
Full licensure as an LPC or LMSW in good standing.
Clinical Expertise:
Experience with DSM-5 diagnostic assessment and evidence-based modalities (CBT, Client-Centered, Solution-Focused).
Specialization:
Active CADC or CAADC substance abuse credential (or an approved development plan on file with MCBAP). Interest in court-mandated counseling and substance recovery.
Professional Standards:
Eligibility for insurance paneling with no active ethical violations.
Professional Commitment:
Ability to manage a full-time caseload (20-30 clinical hours weekly) and willingness to sign a 2-year service agreement.
Technical Proficiency:
Ability to leverage modern clinical technology for hybrid service delivery.
Preferred:
Spanish language proficiency and a long-term commitment to private practice. Core Functions In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients by taking ownership of the following clinical responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive clinical substance use evaluations. Deliver high-quality individual and couples psychotherapy. Facilitate therapeutic didactic groups and psycho-educational programming. Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and professional reporting. Maintain active tracking of session outcomes and revenue for services provided. We cover all office-related costs, including rent, utilities, high-speed internet, and professional phone services.
Marketing & Practice Growth:
We maintain a robust referral network and manage all marketing initiatives, allowing you to focus exclusively on clinical care. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter detailing your clinical approach and relevant experience, resume, and references.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
