Description:

We are seeking a Probate Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of the litigation process, from investigation to trial. As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in lawsuits and other legal proceedings, providing expert legal advice and guidance.

Duties:

Conduct legal research.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, memorandums of law, opinion letters. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategies. Perform legal administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active FL Bar license. Strong writing and communication skills. Experience with probate litigation a plus Similar Jobs Trust & Estates Attorney
